Allocation of quantity among suppliers would be governed as per the rate and other details submitted by the suppliers. Rates and other details submitted/re-submitted till validity of e-Tendering process will be final and acceptable to the suppliers. LVJ Investments Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any error committed by the suppliers during e-Tendering process.

Terms & conditions will be as per purchase Orders to be issued subsequently after allocation of quantity
